• 18 hours CE credits for Rule 114 Qualified Neutral.

Our MN SCA Rule 114 Certified training package includes the following:

An online certified 40 hours of alternative dispute resolution training program approved by the MN State Court Administrator for MN Rule 114 Roster.  Domestic violence, child welfare, and family law matters are a part of our training, with plenty of hands-on experience to try out your new skills. You'll receive a Practice in a Box with your registration. PIAB is a comprehensive mediation mega-file toolkit, including all the mediation paperwork necessary to open your practice, mediation forms, a Memorandum of Agreement, practice brochures, family workshops for clients, proposals for child welfare, and more!
